Updated 9-1-1 Dispatch System

As of 01/28/2020, the Gurnee 9-1-1 Dispatch Center has implemented a new dispatching system in Lake County, replacing the old flip card method of collecting caller information. This program helps aid dispatchers in asking a series of medical questions critical to the emergency, while updating police and fire personnel responding to the scene simultaneously.
